The 2019 Nedbank Ke Yona team player has started training with SuperSport United Football Club yesterday.

The name of the player is Khanyiso Ginxa who is 23 years old and is from Port Elizabeth (PE) in the Eastern Cape.

The midfielder joined the team on Monday morning and formed part of the training session the same day at Megawatt Park.

Upon arrival, “Killer,” as he is affectionately called by his new teammates, received a warm welcome from the players in Sunninghill.

Although some of the players are currently on national duty, Ginxa was just excited to be part of the premiership outfit.

“This is a great feeling.   It is not easy to get this kind of opportunities. I need to be more focused and see how things are done in a professional set-up.

The welcome from players and technical team members is great and I enjoyed every moment of it,” said Ginxa.

Skipper Dean Furman, Bradley Grobler, Ronwen Williams, Sipho Mbule and Jamie Webber were called up and joined the national teams after lifting the 2019 MTN8 Cup last weekend.

“I’m looking forward to meet some of the players who are on national duty when they come back,” said the Kwazakhele-born-player in PE.

The player will be participating in all club activities during his stay with the Tshwane-based outfit.
