SuperSport United Football Club put their name in the history books when they beat Maritxburg United FC in a league match last Friday.

The match was played at the Harry Gwala Stadium in the KwaZulu-Natal province.

This was a 300 league win for SuperSport United since the inception of the Premier Soccer League, they are a milestone.

They have joined only Mamelodi Sundowns, Kaizer Chief and Orlando Pirates in being in the 300 plus club, it’s an elite group in South Africa football.
