SuperSport United Football Club head coach conducted a comprehensive coaching workshop named “Coaching the Coaches’ with local development coaches on Tuesday.

The workshop was held at the club’s training headquarters, Megawatt Park in Sunninghill.

The guests received a warm welcome from the United Marketing manager Coltrane Munyai whereas Godfrey Mosoetsa facilitated briefly with coach Gavin Hunt.

Coaches who participated were from Tshwane (Atteridgeville) and Ekurhuleni (Katlehong).

The coach touched base on a lot of aspects such as pillars of coaching, planning for a training session, working on an individual player, units and team, formation etc.

Other elements that formed part of the topic were goalkeeping and immediate injury management.

Those elements were carried out by former Bafana Bafana goalkeeper Andre Arendse and Matsatsantsa Physiotherapist Bafana Sihlali.
