SuperSport United Football Club prospect Thabang Mahlangu netted his first ever goal in the DStv Diski Challenge match last weekend.

This after SuperSport beat the KwaZulu-Natal based outfit Maritzburg United 4-3 in an exciting encounter.

The match was held at the Johannesburg Stadium in Doornfontein last Sunday.

Mahlangu pulled one for Matsatsantsa in the 15^th minute as SuperSport were chasing a 2-0 lead by Maritzburg United who scored two quick goals.

Also, the young Mahlangu got an assist as Matsatsantsa scored their third goal through Selaelo Rasebotja’s cracker just outside the box

Mahlangu, who did not finish the match, made way for Jabu Matsio In the 68^th minute.
