SuperSport United Development Academy delivered a clean sweep of victories across all age groups in their Gauteng Development League (GDL) fixtures against Jomo Cosmos over the weekend at Megawatt Park.

The U13 side kicked things off with a thrilling 4-3 win. Nathan opened the scoring, followed by Boikgantsho who found the net after a clever assist from Ayabonga. Akhona added a third, capitalising on a pass from Kenzo, before Tshepo sealed the win with the fourth goal, assisted by Akhona.

The U14s maintained the winning momentum with a solid 2-0 victory, form Sphamandla Phakathi scored 2 goals for the team.

In the U15 encounter, SuperSport edged Jomo Cosmos 2-1. Akhumzi struck first, assisted by Liam, and Thabang Qina secured the win with a second goal, following a well-placed pass from Asanele.

The U17s delivered a dominant performance, sweeping aside their opponents with a 4-0 triumph. David Stober bagged a brace, while Ncedo Mafanya and Thierry Mashoko added to the scoreline — the latter finishing off a move set up by Rocco Rodrigues.

Rounding off the day, the U19s clinched a 2-0 win. Oscar was the standout performer, netting both goals with an assist from Tlotliso Makgai.
