The SuperSport United Development Academy participated in the Gauteng Development League (GDL) on Saturday, 17 August at Paul Kruger Avenue and John Voster. All the games were live streamed on SuperSport School's channel.

The SuperSport United Development Academy participated in the Gauteng Development League (GDL) on Saturday, at Paul Kruger Avenue and John Voster. All games were live streamed on SuperSport School’s Channel.

The SuperSport United (u13) played their first game against Panorama and emerged with a win of 2-1. Thabang Pitsa was responsible for the first goal of the match, with an assist from Katlego Makhubuki. The second goal was scored by Rorisang Taukobong, with an assist from Mpho Pitsa. This win was a great start for the team.

This was a hard-fought game between two equally matched teams. Both SuperSport United (U15) and Panorama gave it their all and ultimately ended up with a draw of 1-1. Uthando Gould was the star of the game, scoring the only goal for SuperSport United, which led them to the equaliser and a final score of 1-1. Despite the tie, it was an exciting and competitive match.

This was a thrilling match between SuperSport United (U17) and Panaroma, with SuperSport coming out on top with a score of 2-1. The first goal was scored by Will Henson, who received an excellent assist from Lwandle. Ncedo Mafanya then scored the second goal, with an assist from Will Henson once again. The teamwork and coordination displayed by SuperSport United U15 was truly impressive.

It was a nail-biting match as SuperSport United U19 faced off against Panaroma in the final game of the day. The game ended with draw of 0-0.
