SuperSport United Development Academy took on Kaizer Chiefs over the weekend in Gauteng Development League action at Naturena Sports Ground.
The day kicked off with the U14 side setting the tone in the first encounter with a narrow 1-0 loss
The U15 team followed but endured a tough defeat, suffering a heavy 5-0 defeat as Chiefs dominated the second match.
However, the tide turned in the U17 clash, where SuperSport United bounced back with a strong and disciplined performance, earning a hard-fought 1-0 victory.
In the final game of the day, the U19 side faced a spirited Kaizer Chiefs team and, despite their efforts, went down 4-1 in a high-tempo contest.
