The new tournament will feature most of the new faces from various DStv Premiership outfits who have been given an opportunity due to unavailability of players because of the Covid19 pandemic.
Matsatsantsa youngster and DStv Diski Challenge (DDC) member Sthembiso Kurata formed part of the Dinaledi FC that will take on Coastal United on the weekend.
The match is scheduled for Saturday January 22 at the 2010 FIFA World Cup venue Moses Mabhida Stadium.
Kickoff is at 3pm.
Kurata, who debuted for the Diski Challenge at a younger age, is very much excited and looking forward to participate in the Premier Soccer League (PSL) competition.
“I’m very happy to be a part of Dinaledi FC squad. I think this will be one of my best memories because I will be playing with some of my role models, and I’m very thankful for this experience.
Thank you so much to everyone who voted for me,” said the young Matsatsantsa prospect.
Other Matsatsantsa players who have been voted in the starting XI for Dinaledi FC are Luke Fleurs, Sipho Mbule and Teboho Mokoena.
This match precedes another exciting encounter between Warriors and Amabutho at the same venue.
The second game starts at 6pm.
