I want to say thank you to all the Board members and the CEO (Stanley Matthews) for giving me the belief and opportunity to be part of this prestigious club. To the staff, technical team and backroom staff, I want to say thank you for making me a better footballer and better person as well.

To my teammates, I want to say a big thank you for the wonderful memories we have created, the support and brotherhood that we shared over these past few years. Thank you so much Matsatsantsa.”

SuperSport United CEO Stanley Matthews adds, “Kegan Johannes has established himself as one of the most exciting defenders in the PSL. He can play as right-back and center back. He has a great character and determination to succeed. Ideally, we would have liked to keep Kegan Johannes for a couple more years, but the current deal for both him and ourselves was too attractive to pass-up. We wish Kegan every success.
