After dropping maximum points in the Tshwane derby match on the weekend, SuperSport United are now focusing on their home fixture in Mbombela next week.
Matsatsantsa welcome Orlando Pirates at Mbombela Stadium on Wednesday August 14. The match kicks off at 19:30.
Although United kicked off the new season on a negative note, they are now focusing on bagging three points at their first home fixture.
Looking at how they balanced their team, United will certainly compete this season with a blend of experienced players and prospects such as Luke Fleurs, Jamie Webber and sensational midfielder Sipho Mbule who displayed skilful touches in the middle of the park.
Meanwhile coach Kaitano Tembo paraded his new pair, Thamsanqa Gabuza who was in the starting lineup and Kuda Mahachi who came off the bench for Aubrey Modiba who picked up an injury in the first half.
Although the big striker Gabuza didn’t finish the match, he put some great performances on the day.
