SuperSport United beat TS Galaxy 3-2 in the DStv Diski Challenge (DDC) Festival in Soweto on the weekend.
The event was held at the Volkswagen Dobsonville Stadium.
Galaxy opened the scoring account in the 18th minute and it dragged for a longer period of the first half before Matsatsantsa leveled matters six minutes before halftime through Keenan Bezuidenhout.
Two minutes later, Bezuidenhout completed his brace as the match went into halftime break with United leading by 2-1.
Matsatsantsa held on to the score for a longer period and were unlucky as Galaxy made the score 2-2 in the 72nd minute.
Forward Sibusiso Maziko netted a late winner to make the score 3-2 as Matsatsantsa moved to position five on the DDC log table.
Meanwhile United welcome Stellenbosch FC Reserves in their next league fixture this coming weekend.
The match is scheduled for Lucas Moripe Stadium on Sunday morning.
