SuperSport United diminutive midfielder Siphesihle Ndlovu won man of the match award after putting a solid shift against AmaZulu FC at home last night.

The match was held at Matsatsantsa’s new temporary home TUT Stadium.

United netted early lead through speedy winger Thapelo Maseko 15 minutes into the first half.

The halftime score was 1-0.

The ex-Maritzburg United player who is on loan at United from Orlando Pirates, is widely praised for his work rate and defensive acumen.

Ndlovu, through his hard work, managed to become a regular feature in coach Gavin Hunt’s side since joining the Tshwane-based-outfit.

The KwaZulu-Natal-born midfielder deserved the accolade as he showed their opponents what he is made of.

The final score was 2-1 to United with the goal that came from the boot of Zambian international Gamphani Lungu who was assisted by Maseko.

Matsatsantsa have won two consecutive matches since they have started playing at the TUT Stadium. They will play their third match when they welcome Stellenbosch FC at the beginning of next month.
