How are you coping with lockdown?

I’m not coping well as this virus has stopped many physical activities such as Athletics and sports in general.

What else are you doing at home besides being locked?

Exercising, doing my garden and helping my children with school work

How much do you miss live football?

As much as I miss travelling. Football is life. Without football it is difficult and a struggle to interact with other football fanatics.

How do you communicate with other football fanatics?

We communicate over the cellphones

What do you talk about mostly?

We always remind each other about the laughter, thrilling moments, musical instruments played at the stadiums and most of all supporting our team.

What is your message to Learners who are at home locked?

To learners, this pandemic has rapidly increased, not to mention the deaths of our relatives, friends and families. Therefore do not lose focus on books, use the given learning programmes on television and stay hygienically safe.

What advice would you give to those who find it hard to stay at home?

Exercise regularly, read books, keep yourselves busy with house chores.

COVID19 held the whole world to a standstill including Schools, Colleges and Universities?

Yes, and we don’t know how long it is going take.

What is your message to fellow South Africans and the entire global football community regarding the COVID19 pandemic?

This pandemic is taking its toll on everyone and has stopped a lot of activities from functioning. Keeping in mind, we can reduce the spread of the Coronavirus by staying at home, keeping distance from each other, using sanitizers and wearing masks at all times. Together we can stop this pandemic from spreading.
