It’s a huge achievement, I am honoured to be leading our nation, and it obviously comes with huge responsibility but one that I’m looking forward to.

It was a successful week for us, we worked so hard and to see everything go according to plan was amazing.

It was a collective effort, the coach emphasized on our defensive duties and we all put in a solid shift.

The group is very tight, we are happy with our results, but we got a massive challenge ahead, we need to fight for each and every available point.

The mood was electrifying, we all enjoyed the moment together and it was a wonderful feeling seeing everyone so ecstatic.

The coach is easy going, he set us all down and told us what he expects from us and how we should behave in the national team, we have a very good relationship and hopefully it can get even better.

We have started very well in our league campaign, we need to keep that momentum going, and the boys have worked hard during the international break and can’t wait to get back to playing.

It won’t be easy as they haven’t had a good start so they will be looking to get points off us, but our focus is on us and the good start we had, we want to keep that going.

It is wonderful having so many players representing their respective national teams, we need to use the experience gained and help our team maintain our good start.
