SuperSport United will go head to head with Chippa United in a DStv Premiership match at the Lucas Moripe Staduum on Tuesday.
Kick-off is at 5:30pm CAT (SA, GMT+2).
Matsatsantsa's struggles in the league continued as they extended their winless run to three matches when they succumbed to a 3-2 defeat to Lamontville Golden Arrows away on Saturday night.
The Tshwane giants are placed eighth on the DStv Premiership standings - three points behind sixth-placed Stellenbosch FC and a win over Chippa will see SuperSport cement their spot in the top half.
Jesse Donn, the SuperSport central midfielder, is banking on their home ground advantage when they face Chippa, who are undefeated in their last two away matches.
"We have to put the game against Arrows behind us because if we focus on that it will affect our performance in the next game," Donn said.
"Playing at home will give us an advantage, first of all, we are quite comfortable at Lucas Moripe Stadium and we have a good home record.
"Hopefully we will use this advantage. They [Chippa] also have to travel, we both played on Saturday, they will have one day to prepare and then they travel."
Meanwhile, Chippa saw their two-match unbeaten run in the DStv Premiership come to an end when they suffered a 3-1 defeat to Kaizer Chiefs at home on Saturday evening.
The Chilli Boys find themselves in 13th place on the league standings - three points above the relegation zone and they are desperate for a win that will move them further away from the bottom two spots.
The defeat to Chiefs extended Chippa's winless run at home to 11 matches and their head coach Kurt Lentjies is now looking forward to playing away from the Eastern Cape.
"It's small elements that are killing us at the moment. Individuals making mistakes. That's something we have to live with," Lentjies said after their loss to Chiefs.
"I don't believe in luck. A lot of coaches say we were lucky or unlucky. It was a chance that we missed and they also missed numerous chances.
"But I can say we are struggling to get this monkey off our back when it comes to our home games. Fortunately enough we are playing away from home."

SuperSport United
Jamie Webber: The in-form central midfielder continues to impress having made it two goals in as many matches when he hit the back of the net against Arrows and he could the player to end the Tshwane giants' current winless run.
Selaelo Rasebotja: The 20-year-old attacker has netted twice in his last four competitive matches including a consolation goal against Arrows as he enjoys life as a professional footballer. Rasebotja will be eager to continue his good form against Chippa.
Chippa United
Siphelele Luthuli: The hard-working playmaker, who was a goalscoring midfielder during his days with Bloemfontein Celtic, is slowly forming a potentially deadly combination with Bienvenu Eva Nga and he could be key to a Chippa win over SuperSport.
Bienvenu Eva Nga: The Cameroonian marksman has risen to become one of the top strikers in the country having netted his 10th league goal of the season against Chiefs and he will be hoping to add to his tally when he faces SuperSport's leaky defence.
