SuperSport United are currently in the 2022-2023 preseason programme in Polokwane in the Limpopo province.

The team has organised matches with local Premier Soccer League (PSL) outfits to get the squad to the right level before the new season kicks off.

Matsatsantsa have played a few friendly matches on Monday, Thursday, Friday and will have another practice game on Saturday.

United have so far signed one prominent player from Orlando Pirates (Thulani Hlatshwayo) and they have also invited trialists for assessment.

Meanwhile the team has emotionally parted with their captain Ronwen Williams who joined cross-town rivals Mamelodi Sundowns.
