SuperSport United will take on AmaZulu in another Absa Premiership encounter this coming weekend.

The match is scheduled for Jonsson Kings Park Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

Kick-off is at 15:30.

Matsatsantsa are going into this match after playing to a 2-all draw with the KwaZulu-Natal outfit Maritzburg United at Lucas Moripe Stadium in their midweek meeting.

On the other hand, AmaZulu also shared the spoils with Cape Town City on the road.

Although United dropped two points at home, they unseated Bidvest Wits from position three to number four on the league table.

The Tshwane-based-side have a big task to carry out as they must close the 10-point-gap between them and leaders Kaizer Chiefs who have 38 points after beating Highlands Park at home last night.

United have played 17 matches with the same number of wins and draws (seven), they have lost three matches and have secured 28 points so far.

This is going to be a tough one as AmaZulu FC will be fighting to move away from the relegation zone.

However, Matsatsantsa must aim for maximum points on the road so that they cement a place in the top three bracket.

In the first round, the visitors beat AmaZulu 1-0 in Tshwane in September last year, courtesy of Aubrey Modiba’s goal in the first half.

Meanwhile United will resume with their training programme on Friday after their Wednesday night match against Maritzburg.
