SSU take on Arrows – Part Two

SuperSport United are looking to settle the score when they welcome Golden Arrow in the league clash on Tuesday night.

This after Matsatsantsa lost 1-0 to Arrows in the 2019 Telkom Knockout quarterfinal last weekend.

The match is scheduled for Mbombela Stadium in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga province.

Kick-off is at 19:30.

This is a must win match for the home side as they have now focused solely on the league to join the leading pack.

United’s home league run is not disappointing as opposed to the matches they played on the road.  They haven’t lost a match at home. They have secured eight points from two wins and two draws.

The away record showed five points from five games with two draws, two losses and just one victory.

Matsatsantsa are currently on position five having played nine matches with three wins, four draws, two losses and have bagged 13 points.

A win for the SuperSport legend coach Kaitano Tembo tonight will see them jumping to position three on the Absa Premiership table.

United will rely on players such as ex-Arrows centre-forward Thami Gabuza, skipper Dean Furman, Clayton Daniels, Ronwen Williams and Aubrey Modiba.

This match will be televised live on SuperSport International’s SuperSport 7 (SS7).
