How was the first day after reuniting with the entire team?
First day back at training was great and exciting, it felt like we haven't seen each other in a very long time.
Three months is a lot of time, how much did you miss each other?
We did miss each other but we were kept busy during the suspension of the league so we could see each other, when submitting our workout material.
What measures are put in place before entering the premises?
Measures that are in place before entering the training premises are to sanitize our hands, check temperature and fill in the survey application on our phones for any COVID-19 related symptoms.
What did you cover in the first week?
First week was about fitness conditioning,
In week two, what is the focal point as far as training?
Second week was for ball related drills, we were taken through our paces with relation to our positions and worked in those groups in different times
How are you keeping up with the new normal?
The new normal is not that hard to adjust to but it takes longer with training as we have to wait for the other groups to finish before others can start.
What is your message to your ex-colleagues who have been released by the team?
Departed fellow teammates will always be brothers and thanks a lot for memories we cherished, made and shared. We shall meet again!
