SuperSport Development academy participated in the Gauteng development league on Saturday, 27 July at Curro Sage wood. It was a great opportunity for all age groups to showcase their skills and talents. The matches were against Tuks and were broadcasted live on the SuperSport school channel, allowing a wider audience to witness the team's progress and growth.

Under thirteen (13)

In a tense game, the Under 13 team managed to hold off Tuks with a final score of 1-1. The goal was scored by Rorisang and assisted by Akhona Simelane, showcasing the team's strong teamwork and coordination. Both players showed impressive skills and determination throughout the match.

Under fifteen (15)

Despite a valiant effort from Tuks, under fifteen (15) emerged victorious with a 1-0 win. David Stober scored the goal, with an assist from Kwazi Dlamini, showcasing the strong teamwork and skill of the team. This win is a testament to their hard work and dedication, and they should be proud of their accomplishment.

Under seventeen (17)

The match between the Under 17 team and Tuks ended in a draw with a score of 0-0. Both teams put in a strong effort, but neither were able to score a goal. This result shows the competitive level of both teams and sets the stage for an exciting rematch in the future.

Under nineteen (19)

It was a disappointing result for the Under 19 team as they lost the game with a score of 0-2 against Tuks. Despite their efforts, they were unable to secure a victory and will need to regroup and work on their strategy for the next game. However, this loss can serve as a learning experience and motivate the team to perform better in the future.

SuperSport United Vs East Rand Athletic Club

The SuperSport Development academy participated in the Gauteng development league on Sunday, where they faced off against East Rand Athletic club (ERAC) at Tsakane Stadium. The game was streamed live on the SuperSport school channel, allowing fans and supporters to tune in from anywhere and cheer on their favorite team.

Under thirteen (13)

The Under 13 team played their first game of the day on Sunday at Tsakane Stadium against ERAC. The game ended in a 1-1 draw, with Jayden Tsvangira scoring the only goal for the team assisted by Katlego Mokhabuki. It was a close match with both teams putting up a strong fight, and the goal from Jayden was a result of excellent teamwork and skill. The game showed great promise for the Under 13 team and their upcoming matches.

 

Under fifteen (15)

Unfortunately, SuperSport's efforts were not enough to secure a win against ERAC, as they ultimately lost the game with 1-2. However, Junior Nduna did manage to score a goal for SuperSport, with the assistance of Rocco Rodrigues. This was a promising display of teamwork and skill, despite the outcome of the game.

Under seventeen (17)

The SuperSport Under 17 team emerged victorious in their game against ERAC, with a final score of 3-1. Will Henson played a crucial role in the win, scoring 2 goals, both of which were assisted by Ncedo Mafanya. Lizwi Sakati also contributed to the victory by scoring the team's third goal, with an assist from Denver Ochieng.

Under nineteen (19)

The match between SuperSport and ERAC was a close and intense one, with ERAC ultimately securing a victory with a final score of 3-2. Orifha Maubelo kicked off the scoring for SuperSport with the first goal of the game, followed by Tumelo Machethe's goal, assisted by Manelisi Mazibuko and Koketso Mathidza. Despite their efforts, SuperSport was unable to secure a win against ERAC.
