SuperSport United Football Club take a trip to Soweto for their crucial DStv Premiership clash against Orlando Pirates this weekend.
The match will be held at the Orlando Stadium in Orlando East on Saturday afternoon.
This is going to be a fierce battle as both outfits will be battling to cement a second place spot on the DStv Premiership log table.
United are going into this match highly motivated after winning their last match at home against Golden Arrows a fortnight ago.
SuperSport are currently on position two on the log table having played 22 matches with 11 victories, six draws, five losses and have bagged 39 points. The two sides are separated by five points with Pirates on the third spot with 34 points.
Matsatsantsa will rely heavily on players such as Kegan Johannes, Bradley Grobler, Thapelo Morena, Grant Margeman and Patrick Maswanganyi.
Interestingly, Matsatsantsa are facing Pirates with three of their ex-players – Thami Gabuza, Siphesihle Ndlovu and Zakhele Lepasa. The trio is playing a crucial role in the team looking at United’s impressive form in the league.
In their first meeting, United and Pirates played to a goalless draw at the Lucas Moripe Stadium in Atteridgeville last year in August.
The match will be televised live on SuperSport
